World Cup Skateboarding in Rome
Right in front of the Colosseum in Rome, the World Skateboarding Championship was hosted in the summer of 2022. In collaboration with California Skateparks and Ignoramps, we managed to construct this top-tier course in just 10 days. With multiple teams rotating shifts, work continued day and night to complete this custom-made skateboarding track in time for the event.
The road to Paris 2024
After skateboarding made its debut at the Olympic Games in Tokyo, this was the first competition where athletes could earn points for the Paris Olympics. The global elite of skateboarding gathered in Rome to participate in this event and secure early spots for Paris 2024.
The skate park
After the competition concluded, the city of Rome's administration decided to preserve the track. This decision was made to make it accessible to local skaters and thereby add a unique attraction for a younger audience.
